Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact us by email or through our customer service. The product must be returned complete, with its accessories if any, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please ensure it is well packaged for the return; if the product is damaged or degraded, its value will be depreciated.
